Please keep in mind that you are responsible for: 

• Constructing your display within the guidelines provided.
• Maintaining a professional appearance.
• Ordering electrical outlets, internet, AV, or extra furniture for your exhibit.
• Constructing and removing your display in a timely manner.

Display materials should be arranged as to not obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. 

A maximum of 8 feet height is allowed only in the rear half of the booth space, with a 4 feet high restriction imposed on all materials in the remaining space forward to the aisle.

The Exhibit Hall is already carpeted with existing multi-color carpet.

The decorator will supply a small booth ID sign, with the company name and booth number. Please note: these simple ID signs are limited to (1) one line of text. Exhibitors may bring their own branded signage to decorate the exhibit booth. No sign may be placed outside the booth/display area, in doorways, hallways or aisles.

Exhibitors are required to keep their exhibit space clean at all times. Venue staff will clean the hall and remove garbage prior to opening.

Exhibitors must wear official 2027 Golden Corral Convention Supplier name badges at all times. Exhibitors are allowed in the hall one hour prior to and one hour after exhibit hours or by special permission. Temporary badges will be available at the Registration desk for your set-up crew members (for move-in day Sunday, January 24, 2027 only).

The 2027 Trade Show will provide security throughout the hours of move-in, regular show and move-out.  The security personnel will exercise reasonable care for the protection of Exhibitor’s property, however, the Exhibiting company will be solely responsible for any theft, damage or loss of any kind.  With notification to and registration with show management, Exhibitors requiring additional security may enlist additional services through the Atlantis Paradise Resort by contacting Celeste Losito c/o [email protected]

If you would like to give away a prize or hold a drawing, you will need to do this inside your booth.
