EXHIBIT PLANNING INFORMATION

The 2027 Golden Corral Convention Trade Show will be open Monday, January 25, 2027, between 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM in the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort's Grand Atlantic Ballroom.

EXHIBIT RULES AND REGULATIONS

By completing an application for booth space, (submitting a completed booth space purchase through this website), you agree to exhibit under and comply with the Tradeshow Rules and Regulations contract.

Exhibitors must comply with all the rules and regulations of the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort and should leave the hall as they found it.

EXHIBIT FREIGHT

Laser International Freight has been selected as the Official Shipping and Handling Contractor for the 2027 Golden Corral Trade Show. They provide door to door shipping of your exhibit freight directly from your warehouse to your booth on the trade show floor.  A full listing of their services include:

  • Acceptance of your cargo at their US based warehouse
  • Assistance with clearing US Customs
  • Transit of your cargo from Miami, Fl to The Bahamas
  • Assistance with clearing Bahama Customs
  • Transit of your cargo to the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort
  • Delivery of your cargo to your booth – ready for you to unpack and move in on Sunday, January 24, 2027.

Additional Benefits of contracting with Laser:

  • Pricing for the services outlined above includes the purchase of cargo insurance through Laser.
  • You can use the carrier of your choice to get the cargo to Laser in Florida.
  • Returning Freight: Laser can also assist you with returning any items they shipped in. 

To ensure the smooth handling and delivery of your materials, all shipments must arrive at Laser’s facility no later than Thursday, January 7, 2027.

Materials received by this deadline will be delivered directly to your booth on the trade show floor for exhibitor move-in on Sunday, January 24, 2027.

Detailed information regarding shipping costs for the services outlined above, including cargo insurance, shipping instructions and labels, required inbound customs documentation, return freight preparation and procedures, and all applicable shipping deadlines will be provided in the Exhibitor Kit distributed in early December.

TRADE SHOW FOOD AND BEVERAGE SAMPLE DISTRIBUTION - PLEASE NOTE

Due to the added cost and logistical complexities associated with shipping, handling, and storing perishable food items, Golden Corral will provide lunch for all exhibitors during the Trade Show.

Exhibitors planning to distribute food or beverage samples should be aware of potential import duties, customs requirements, and resort service fees.

We strongly encourage exhibitors to contact the vendor partners listed below before finalizing shipping or service arrangements to fully understand applicable requirements, fees, and logistics.

EXHIBITOR KIT

Once exhibit spaces have been assigned, your booth or table number, a Trade Show floor plan, and any applicable instructions will be provided in the Exhibitor Kit, which will be distributed via email in early December 2026.

The Exhibitor Kit will include the following information and materials:

International Insurance & Workers’ Compensation Compliance Requirements

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) requirements
  • Definitions and guidance regarding required international insurance and workers’ compensation documentation requirements

International Freight Shipping Services

  • Shipping and handling rates
  • Inbound shipping instructions and deadlines
  • Shipping labels
  • Required customs forms and documentation
  • Return freight instructions and applicable deadlines

Atlantis Paradise Island Resort Services

  • Exhibitor food and beverage sampling and distribution policies
  • Culinary Request Form
  • Credit Card Authorization Form
  • IT, audiovisual (AV), and electrical service order forms

Instructions for submitting all required documentation listed above, along with applicable submission deadlines, will be included in the Exhibitor Kit email.

To ensure the success of service delivery, we ask all Exhibitors to mark their calendar for this correspondence in early-December. Assistance with the return of all requested paperwork by the deadlines provided will be greatly appreciated.
