By registering to become a 2027 Sponsor, you will be recognized throughout the convention!

Sponsorship registration, logo receipt and payment Deadline is Friday, November 6, 2026.

A .png version of your logo will be needed in order to deliver your benefits.

SUPPLIER COMPANIES MUST PURCHASE AN EXHIBIT SPACE TO PURCHASE A SPONSORSHIP

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP $35,000

  • One complimentary 8’ x 8’ booth.  $2,800 will be deducted from fee upon sign-up.
  • Two complimentary registrations to the convention. (Registration does not include hotel guest rooms)
  • $750 value will be credited once Supplier Attendee Registration is completed.
  • Optional Speaker Introduction. 
  • Logo recognition on Convention signage, mobile app banner, trade show map and on-site agenda.
  • Signage at the General Session on Monday & Tuesday.

GOLD SPONSORSHIP $25,000

  • Two complimentary registrations to the convention. (Registration does not include hotel guest rooms)
  • $750 value will be credited once Supplier Attendee Registration is completed.
  • Logo recognition on Convention signage, mobile app banner, trade show map and on-site agenda.
  • Signage at the Welcome Reception & Dinner on Sunday evening.

SILVER SPONSORSHIP $15,000

  • Logo recognition on Convention signage, mobile app banner, trade show map and on-site agenda.
  • Signage at Breakfast on Monday & Tuesday mornings.

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP $10,000

  • Logo recognition on Convention signage, mobile app banner, trade show map and on-site agenda.
  • Signage at General Session Refreshment Breaks.

TRADE SHOW BAG SPONSORSHIP $3,000 (limited to 8 sponsors)

  • Logo recognition on Trade Show bags handed out to all Trade Show attendees.

GROUP GOLF SPONSORSHIP $2,500

  • Logo recognition on cart signs and score cards.
  • One complimentary golfer registration ($299 + 10% tax) *Please complete golf registration during Supplier Attendee Registration.
