Traveling by air
We recommend using the complimentary airport shuttle to get from the Eppley Airfield (Omaha Airport) to the Hilton Omaha. The Airport is 3 miles from the hotel. 

AIRPORT SHUTTLE

The Hilton Hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle. Once you have collected your luggage and are ready for transport to the hotel, please call the hotel at 1-402-998-3440 and press 2 to schedule a pick up.

The shuttle will pick guests up outside DOOR 1. 

For shuttles back to the airport, the shuttles depart at the top and bottom of the hour from 4:00 am to midnight. Attendees need to be in the lobby 5-10 minutes prior to shuttle departure.

Uber/Lyft/Taxis are available from the Omaha Eppley Airfield Airport.

Traveling by vehicle 
For hotel overnight guests, the hotel offers valet parking at $40/day and DISCOUNTED self-parking at $5/day plus tax. For non-hotel guests, the rate is $29/day self parking. You may also use the Spot Hero app to search for a nearby parking space or EV charger. There is no EV charger at the hotel. 

We will provide breakfast from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. CT during registration on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We will provide lunches during the day's events on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Bring snacks and a reusable water bottle for the days' events.

We'll provide coffee and tea during scheduled breaks, but suggest you bring snacks and a reusable water bottle. You can’t learn when you are hungry or thirsty!

Dinners will be on your own on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings
The only exception to this will be those attending the optional add-on event – Evening Omaha Restaurant Dine-Around. You may sign up when you arrive to the Grantee Gathering and throughout the day Tuesday. Transportation and meal cost are on your own. 

Stow away your favorite method for note taking and connecting with others, such as a notepad and pen, business cards, and any charging cords for electronics you may need. 

If you have any resources you want to share, we encourage you to bring them. You may share them with your region's farm to school cohort during the Regional Breakout Sessions on Tuesday and Thursday.

For attendees staying at the Hilton Omaha, please note the following information:

Check in: 3:00 PM. Check out: 11:00 AM

Smoke free property. 

Once you are checked in at the hotel, if you change your date of departure to a date earlier than you had confirmed, an early departure fee equal to one night's room and tax will be charged. Please verify your date of departure at as you check in to avoid this penalty charge.

Complimentary guest room wifi is also available with a free Hilton Honors membership. If you are not already a Hilton Honors member, you can sign up for free when make your hotel reservation or upon check in.

WIFI INTERNET IN GUEST ROOM:  Basic wifi internet in hotel guest rooms is complimentary access to Grantee Gathering attendees if hotel room is booked using the room block above.

FITNESS CENTER:  7 days/week, 24 hours/day. Complimentary access to hotel guests.

INDOOR POOL (heated): Mon-Sun 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Towels provided
