TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Our program will begin on Thursday, April 27 at 6 pm and close on Saturday, April 29 at 11 am. There are two airport options close to the hotel -- Fort Lauderdale (FFL) is 12 miles & Miami (MIA) is 18 miles from the hotel.
Your flight should arrive in Miami or Fort Lauderdale airports on Thursday, April 27 no later than 3 pm in order to arrive on time for the program. The formal program will end with dinner on Friday evening, April 28, so flights should be booked for anytime on Saturday, April 29 (please note that hotel check out time is 11:00 am). Please take these times into consideration when arranging your flights for you and your guest.
All travel will be booked on your behalf through World Travel. Once you complete your online registration with your travel preferences, one of the professional World Travel agents will call or email you to review your flight options. They will ticket you once you have selected the flights you prefer.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
We will provide ground transportation from Fort Lauderdale and Miami airports to/from the hotel. We will book ground transportation based on the flight manifest we received from World Travel. Details will be provided closer to the program.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Please do not book your room directly with the hotel. Once you register on this site, we will book your room for you with the Towne Park room block.
Once you confirm your attendance as well as that of your guest’s by completing your registration, we will book your hotel reservation. We will send a final confirmation of all the weekend’s details a week prior to your departure.
