GAINSCO will provide one round-trip airline ticket for the VIP Winner and an adult companion. 

Flights will be booked so you arrive by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.  You may choose to depart at any time on Sunday.

All air travel arrangements will be managed by Event Source Professionals Inc. You will receive both your confirmation and then your electronic tickets via email. ESP will correspond with VIP Winners only. VIP Winners will be responsible for advance communications with their companion. 

Please provide us with the following information so we can book your air reservations accordingly.
