The meeting will conclude on Wednesday, June 5 with optional site visit tours scheduled for Thursday, June 6. The Hilton in Rosemont is 1.5 miles from O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and 25 miles away from the Chicago Midway Airport. There is a complimentary airport shuttle from O’Hare every 30 minutes from 5am - 12am,
For those driving, onsite self-parking is available at the venue at a discounted rate of $15 per day. There is an EV charging station approximately 0.5 miles from the hotel.
AIR TRAVEL - CHICAGO AIRPORTS
There are two airport options in Chicago: O’Hare International (ORD) and Midway International (MDW). O’Hare is the larger of the airports and is located just 1.5 miles from the Hilton Rosemont. Midway International Airport (MDW) is approximately 25 miles from the hotel.
Free Airport shuttle from O’Hare
Attendees arriving at O’Hare International Airport (ORD) can catch the Hilton’s complimentary airport shuttle. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 5 am to 12 midnight. The shuttle pick-up location is located at Terminal 2, lower level, door 2C.

VISIT DOWNTOWN CHICAGO
Chicago Transit (CTA) provides services from the Rosemont CTA Station to the Clark/Lake Station in Downtown Chicago, every 15 minutes. Tickets cost $2 - $5 and the journey takes 34 min. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Hilton Rosemont to the Magnificent Mile via Rosemont. Staff at the hotel can provide instructions on most convenient ways and orient participants on schedules and current events.
