TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
All flights will be booked through the Travel Team. They will contact you via email within 48 business hours of your completed registration.
The program will begin on Friday, April 24 at 6:00 pm and conclude after dinner on Saturday, April 25.
The closest airports to the hotel are:
- Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), 12 miles from the hotel
- Miami International Airport (MIA), 18 miles from the hotel.
Please plan for your flight to arrive at FLL or MIA on Friday, April 24 no later than 3:00 pm to ensure you arrive in time for the start of the program.
The formal program will conclude with dinner on Saturday evening, April 25. Returning flights should be scheduled for Sunday, April 26. Please note that hotel check out time is 11:00 am and plan your departure accordingly.
Registration is required before travel can be arranged. Once your registration is submitted, the Travel Team will reach out to you directly to coordinate your flight arrangements.

Please arrange your ground transportation to and from either Miami International Airport (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) based on your travel schedule using our Uber Business account. Additional details will follow.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Please do not book your room directly with the hotel. Once you register on this site, we will book your room for you with the Towne Park room block.
Once you confirm your attendance as well as that of your guest by completing your registration, we will book your hotel reservation. We will send a final confirmation of all the weekend’s details a week prior to your departure.
