TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
All travel will be booked through World Travel for you based on your preferred times and airport you indicate during the registration process.
Our program will begin on Friday, April 19 at 6 pm and close on Sunday, April 21 at 11 am. Flights will be booked to arrive into Fort Lauderdale (FLL) airport which is 8 miles from the hotel. Your flight should arrive into Fort Lauderdale airport on Friday, April 19 no later than 3 pm in order to arrive on time for the program. The formal program will end with dinner on Saturday evening, April 20, so flights should be booked for anytime on Sunday, April 21 (please note that hotel check out time is 11:00 am). Please take these times into consideration when arranging your flights for you and your guest.

Use this site to formally register you and your guest for the event. Once you complete your registration, we will book your hotel reservation and coordinate air travel with World Travel on your behalf. Please do not contact the hotel or book air travel directly.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
We will provide ground transportation from Fort Lauderdale airport to/from the hotel. We will book ground transportation based on the flight manifest we received from World Travel. Details will be provided closer to the program.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Please do not book your room directly with the hotel. Once you register on this site, we will book your room for you with the Towne Park room block.
Once you confirm your attendance as well as that of your guest by completing your registration, we will book your hotel reservation. We will send a final confirmation of all the weekend’s details a week prior to your departure.
