Once you complete your registration, we will book your hotel reservation for you. Please do not contact the hotel to book directly.

All air travel should be booked through Concur using our standard process to book flights. Towne Park has secured a 5% discount for flights booked on Southwest Airlines through Concur. 

Our meeting will begin on Tuesday, February 3 at 2:00 pm and conclude on Wednesday, February 4 at 2:00 pm. Please book travel to arrive in Dallas by no later than 12:30 pm on February 3 and to depart on February 4 no earlier than 4:00 pm. Please take these times into consideration when scheduling your flights.

There are two airport options in Dallas: DAL Love Field  is 4.5 miles from the hotel, and DFW is 15 miles.

After you book your flights, please return to your registration to enter your travel details. You can access your registration through the link in the confirmation email you receive after completing your initial form.

Your hotel reservation will be booked for arrival on Tuesday, February 3 and departure on Wednesday, February 4. If you have difficulty finding flights that align with these times, please contact your manager for guidance.

Attendees should take a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to the hotel when they arrive. We will provide shuttle service to both Dallas Love Field (DAL) and Dallas-Ft Worth DFW airports on Wednesday, February 4 after the meeting concludes.

The Leadership Meeting will be at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, TX.

Your hotel guest room will be booked on your behalf for arrival on Tuesday, February 3 and departure Wednesday, February 4.
