Registration deadline: December 20, 2023.

Once you complete your registration, we will book your hotel reservation for you. Please do not contact the hotel to book directly.

All travel should be booked through Concur using our standard process to book flights. Towne Park has secured a 5% discount for flights booked on Southwest Airlines through Concur. 

Our meeting will begin on Tuesday, January 30 at 3 pm and close on Wednesday, January 31 at 3 pm. Please take these times into consideration when booking your flights.

There are two airport options in Dallas -- DAL Love Field  is 8 miles and DFW is 16 miles from the hotel.

Please book your flight to arrive on Tuesday, January 30 on flights into Dallas by no later than 1 PM in order to arrive on time at the meeting.

The meeting will end by 3 PM on Wednesday, January 31, so flights may be booked for 5 PM or later on.

Once you have completed your flight travel arrangements, please go back to your registration and provide your flight details. You can return to your registration via the link in the confirmation email you will receive after you complete the initial registration.

Your hotel reservation will be booked for arrival on Tuesday, January 30 and departure on Wednesday, January 31. If you have any issues booking your flights to arrive and depart at these times, please contact your manager for further instructions.

Attendees should take a taxi/Uber/Lyft to the hotel upon arrival. We will be providing an airport shuttle back to both Dallas Love Field (DAL) and Dallas-Ft Worth DFW Airports after the meeting on January 31.

The Leadership Meeting will be at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, TX.

Your hotel guest room will be booked on your behalf for arrival on Tuesday, January 30 and departure Wednesday, January 31.
