Once you complete your registration, we will book your hotel reservation for you. Please do not contact the hotel to book directly.

If you are located 120 miles from Kansas City, please plan to drive (not fly) to the meeting. 

 

All travel will be booked through Event Source Professionals (ESP).

Our program will begin on Tuesday, April 15 at 3 pm and close on Thursday, April 17 at 12 pm. Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is the closest airport to and is 19 miles from the hotel. You should plan for your flight to arrive into Kansas City International Airport (MCI) on Tuesday, April 15 no later than 1 pm in order to arrive on time for the program. The program will end by noon on Thursday, April 17, so flights should be booked for 2 pm or later. 

ESP will be making all flight reservations on your behalf based on the information you input here and will email you before confirming your arrangements. If you have a question during this process, please call ESP, 817-267-6698 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CDT Monday - Friday and reference the Marmic Leadership Meeting.  Please have your government issued ID ready when calling to book flights. Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is the closest airport (19 miles from the hotel). Deadline to contact ESP to book reservations: Friday, March 28, 2025.
