CONFERENCE REGISTRATION & OPENING TIMES

The conference venue, registration and information desk will be open during the following times.

16 September, Monday, Day 1: 07:30 a.m. – 17:00 p.m. PT (GMT-07:00)

17 September, Tuesday, Day 2: 08:00 a.m. – 17:00 p.m.  PT (GMT-07:00)

18 - 20 September, Wednesday - Friday, Days 3-5, are closed meetings for IMDRF Management Committee and invited guests only.

VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE

Virtual attendance will be available for Days 1 & 2.

Note: Access to the conference venue will only be granted to registered participants whose attendance was confirmed by the IMDRF 2024 Organizing Team. On arrival at the venue, participants will be asked to show their photo ID and BARCODE (which will be emailed to all confirmed participants before the event). The BARCODE is strictly personal and cannot be exchanged or transferred to any third party. You must show your confirmation email to our staff and collect your personal badge at the registration check-in desk to access the venue.

The Seattle Marriott Waterfront Hotel is located on Elliott Bay, across from the Seattle Cruise Ship Terminals and a quick stroll from the world-famous Pike Place Market. Featuring nautical themed rooms, the hotel is the only downtown Seattle hotel offering views of the mountains and water from the guest rooms. The hotel is in close proximity to the downtown business district, a new Waterfront Park with pedestrian and bike paths, and some of Seattle's most beloved attractions, including the Space Needle, Seattle Aquarium, Chihuly Garden and Glass and the Seattle Art Museum.

A cloakroom will be at your disposal for the entire event duration. Participants take full responsibility for all personal belongings and possessions whilst taking part in the event. On the basis that we are providing a free service, we do not assume responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Complimentary high speed internet access will be available for all attendees in the conference meeting area.

The Hotel is located closest to the Link Light Rail - University Street Station and to the King Street Station (Amtrak & Sounder Commuter trains).

Planning to drive? Valet Parking only is available at the hotel for $58/day plus tax. Electric car charging station is available.

Several additional self parking garages are located within 1-4 block radius of the hotel (rate charges and hours of operation may vary).
