The conference venue, registration and information desk will be open during the following times.

Note: Access to the conference venue will only be granted to registered participants whose attendance was confirmed by the IMDRF 2024 Organizing Team. On arrival at the venue, participants will be asked to show their photo ID and BARCODE (which will be emailed to all confirmed participants before the event). The BARCODE is strictly personal and cannot be exchanged or transferred to any third party. You must show your confirmation email to our staff and collect your personal badge at the registration check-in desk to access the venue.

Located in the heart of Washington, DC, the Ronald Reagan Building & International Trade Center venue is positioned on historic Pennsylvania Avenue between the White House and the U.S. Capitol, within walking distance to the National Mall and many of DC's most popular museums. The building is located within four miles of Reagan National Airport and offers an on-site metro station and parking garage.
CLOAKROOM AND STORAGE ROOM
A cloakroom will be at your disposal for the entire event duration. Participants take full responsibility for all personal belongings and possessions whilst taking part in the event. On the basis that we are providing a free service, we do not assume responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Complimentary high speed internet access will be available for all attendees.
SECURITY ENTRANCE INFORMATION
There are six major pedestrian entrances to the building: 14th Street, 13 1/2 Street, Pennsylvania Avenue, Moynihan Plaza, Woodrow Wilson Plaza and Metro level. Attendees may enter from any of these entrances. Upon entry, proceed as directed through the security checkpoints.
The Federal Triangle Metro Station (orange/blue/silver lines) is located on-site and is connected to the building by covered passageway. The Metro Center Metro Station (red line) is located just two blocks away.
