We have secured a $135/night plus tax room rate at the Sheraton Westport Plaza Hotel for all ICARE Academy participants.  This rate is the government per diem for St. Louis, MO. 

Participants will book their hotel rooms directly with the hotel via the ONLINE BOOKING LINK.  If you have trouble, please call 1-314-878-1500 and ask for the group code ICARE IA/CDW room block. We recommend that you book your room for arrival on Monday, September 14 and departure on Thursday, September 17 after 7:00 PM or anytime on Friday, September 18 depending on your travel arrangements.  (The ICARE Academy classroom sessions end at 5:45 PM on Thursday, September 17).

Should you need an additional night's stay, the hotel will honor the group rate for additional nights pending availability.

Guest rooms include: complimentary wifi, single cup coffee & tea maker, mini refrigerator, hair dryer, in-room safe, and iron & ironing board.  All rooms are Non Smoking.   The hotel offers a 24 hour business center and 24 hour fitness center. The indoor heated pool is open 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM.  The hotel also features a .25 mile walking/running path. 

There are several restaurants witin the Westport Plaza complex and within easy walking distance to the hotel.

Parking:  Self Parking parking is complimentary.

AIR TRAVEL

Please do not purchase air travel tickets until you have received a confirmation of your registration.

Participants should plan to arrive into the area on Monday, September 14, 2020 and plan to depart on flights at 7:00 PM or later on Thursday, September 17 or anytime on Friday, September 18, 2020.  

St. Louis (STL) Airport is located 7.6 miles from the conference hotel. 

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

The Sheraton Westport Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from St. Louis Lambert International Airport.  Sheraton’s shuttle begins running from the hotel at 5:00 a.m. and the last shuttle will pick up at the Airport at 10:30 p.m.  The shuttle picks up every 30 minutes, on the top and bottom of the hour.
 
Attendees flying in on Southwest Airlines, will meet the shuttle at Terminal 2, Exit 15. 
For all other airlines, go to Terminal 1, Exit 18. 
Gates are located near the baggage claim area.  
 
To take the shuttle back to the airport, attendees should wait in the hotel lobby.  This service runs every 30 minutes on the top and bottom of the hour between 5:00 AM and 10:30 PM.
