The Woolley's Classic Suites Hotel will offer the PREVAILING GOVERNMENT PER DIEM RATE (TBA by October 1, 2020), for all ICARE Academy participants.  This rate will be the government per diem for Denver, CO. 

Participants will book their hotel rooms directly with the hotel via the ONLINE BOOKING LINK (coming soon!).  Or please call 1-800-966-5539 and ask for the group code ICARE ACADEMY room block). We recommend that you book your room for arrival on Tueday, December 1 and departure on Friday, December 4 or Saturday, December 5 depending on your travel arrangements.  (The ICARE Academy classroom sessions end at 4:30 PM on Friday, December 4).

Should you need an additional night's stay, the hotel will honor the group rate for additional nights pending availability.

Guest rooms include: complimentary wifi, refrigerator, Keurig coffee & tea maker, in room safe, hair dryer and iron & ironing board.  All rooms are Non Smoking.
The hotel offers a 24 hour fitness center and business center, as well as complimentary full cooked to order breakfast and complimentary Manager's reception with beverages 5-6:30 PM.
The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle 4 AM until midnight daily.

AIR TRAVEL

Please do not purchase air travel tickets until you have received a confirmation of your registration.

Participants should plan to arrive into the area on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 and plan to depart on flights at 7:00 PM or later on Friday, December 4 or anytime on Saturday, December 5, 2020.  

Denver (DEN) Airport is located 10 miles from the conference hotel. 

The hotel offers complimentary airport service 4 AM - midnight.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

The hotel offers complimentary hotel shuttle service to and from the airport.  Once you collect your baggage from baggage claim, please call the hotel directly at 720-599-3750 and ask for the airport shuttle van to be dispatched.  Shuttles run from 4 AM until midnight.
