All U.S. citizens, including infants, need a valid passport to enter The Bahamas by air. Check out the US State Department website for more passport information https://travel.state.gov/en/passports.html 

Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.  We recommend having a passport that is valid through July 31, 2027. 

If your passport expires prior to July 31, 2027, or if you need to apply for a passport for the first time, Golden Corral Corporation will reimburse passport fees for you and one guest. 

Ensure you are looking at the official U.S. government (.gov) website for passport applications and renewals. Currently passport fees are as follows:

• First-Time Adult Applicants (16+): $165
• First-Time Child Applicants (Under 16): $135
• Adult Renewals: $130

Submit passport expenses for you and one guest through Expensify and select Airfare as the expense category.

Flights should be booked into Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS).

Complimentary airport-to-hotel ground transportation via shared shuttle on Sunday, January 24 and back on Wednesday, January 27 will be provided for you and your registered guest(s). If you have been confirmed for an early arrival prior to Sunday, please contact [email protected] to make ground transportation arrangements.

If you choose not to use the complimentary ground transportation provided by Golden Corral, or you are extending your stay before and after convention for leisure, shuttle service will not be available. Alternative transportation options are limited to a rental car or airport taxi. Any transportation costs you incur, as well as applicable resort parking fees, will be your responsibility.

If other non-registered family members or other companions traveling with you would like to use the transportation service, arrangements can be made for an additional fee. Please contact [email protected] to make these arrangements.

Please wait until you receive confirmation of your hotel reservation before making any flight arrangements. This will help ensure your travel plans align with your confirmed stay dates.

Once your registration has been submitted, the travel information you provide will be shared with Travel Xperts. A Travel Xperts representative will contact you directly with available flight options and assist you in booking your air travel.
