Tommy McFly is an award-winning broadcaster, television personality and sought-after live event host based in Washington, DC. Known for bringing energy, warmth and plenty of fun to the stage, Tommy has helped raise more than $25 million for community organizations and made history as the first official emcee of the White House Easter Egg Roll.

A storyteller at heart, Tommy has spent nearly 20 years connecting with audiences on television, radio and stages across the country. His work has earned multiple Emmy Awards, an Edward R. Murrow Award and recognition as a "Washingtonian of the Year." Whether he’s interviewing a celebrity, telling a great local story or keeping hundreds engaged in a live auction, Tommy believes the best events are about making people feel like they’re part of something special.

This year marks Tommy’s third time emceeing the Golden Corral Convention, following unforgettable gatherings at Disney and in Puerto Rico. He’s thrilled to be back with the Golden Corral family and ready to make some new memories in the Bahamas.

Jesse Cole is the founder of Fans First Entertainment and the owner of the Banana Ball Championship League, including the world-famous Savannah Bananas as well as the Party Animals, Firefighters, Texas Tailgaters, Loco Beach Coconuts, and Indianapolis Clowns. 

With the mantra “Fans First. Entertain Always”, the Bananas are on a mission to Make Baseball Fun by creating the Greatest Show in Sports.

The team has sold out every game since their inaugural season in Savannah and has since grown a ticket waitlist of millions of fans from all over the world.

With more than 4 million on a ticket waitlist, 35 million social media followers and features on such outlets as The Today Show, CBS Sunday Morning, HBO Real Sports and 60 Minutes, in addition to Bananaland, a five-part documentary original series on ESPN+, the Savannah Bananas are just getting started.

Jesse is the proud inventor of the fastest and most entertaining game of baseball, Banana Ball. Banana Ball puts a fun twist on traditional baseball with new rules featuring a two-hour time limit, no walks, no bunting, no stepping out of the box, no mound visits and best of all, fans can catch a foul ball for an out.

He is the not-so-proud promoter of the Grandma Beauty Pageant, the Human Horse Race, the Living Pinata, and Flatulence Fun Night.

In addition to the wildly successful Banana Ball, Jesse continues to create raving fans all over the world as a best-selling author of “Fans First" and "Find Your Yellow Tux”, and as a highly sought-after international keynote speaker for some of the world’s largest and most respected organizations.

Most of all, Jesse is a raving fan of his wife, Emily, his 3 kids, and peerless promoters like Walt Disney and PT Barnum.

ROY WOOD, JR

Roy Wood Jr. is a comedian, an Emmy-nominated documentary producer, and WGA nominated writer. He served for 8 years as a correspondent on Comedy Central’s Emmy-winning The Daily Show (2015-2023). In 2023, Wood Jr. guest hosted The Daily Show and headlined the White House Correspondents' Dinner to its highest ratings since 2017.  Roy’s fourth stand-up special, Lonely Flowers, premiered on Hulu January 17th, 2025. 

Roy is the host of CNN’s Have I Got News for You, an American adaptation of a long-running UK comedy series, which premiered September 2024 and just wrapped its fourth season. Wood Jr. will be a series regular in the upcoming TV adaption of Barbershop on Prime Video and has guest appearances in Only Murders in the Building, Better Call Saul, and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. He co-starred alongside Jon Hamm in 2022 Paramount Pictures' long-awaited Fletch remake, Confess, Fletch, appeared in the 2025 Sundance film Love, Brooklyn, and will appear alongside Keanu Reeves and Jonah Hill in the upcoming comedy Outcome. 

He recently partnered with Crown Publishing to pen a memoir, The Man of Many Fathers, which was released in October 2025.

SHAUN PEET

Shaun Peet serves as the Pit Crew Coach and Chief Kindness Officer at Trackhouse Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series. He is credited with turning around the worst pit crew department in NASCAR and transforming it into one of the sports’ most elite groups. His crowning accomplishment in the sport is when his pit crew won the Comcast Community Champions Award, NASCAR's version of the NFL's Walter Payton Award.  He is an ardent believer that intention, abundance and inspiring human brilliance are the key ingredients to building a championship culture. Now Shaun works to bring companies together like high performing NASCAR pit crews.  He is the author of the book “12 Second Culture.”

Shaun left a lasting impression at our National Convention in Puerto Rico, earning recognition as one of the highest-rated speakers in convention history. He also shared an inspiring message at our 2026 OpX Conference. We're excited to welcome him back as he continues to inspire, motivate, and equip us for the opportunities ahead.
