Hand, Heart and Soul Project, Inc. is a FY 21 F2S Grantee that has helped four early care and education (ECE) sites that provide Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) meals, in Clayton County, GA, to establish Farm to ECE programs and increase agriculture education by offering curriculum, supplies, and technical assistance.  Through the grant they established and/or enhanced farm to ECE programs by building gardens on their campuses, training staff about gardening, and incorporating agriculture education in their preschool curriculum. Grantees would see the range of a garden to mature farm as part of the child-care site campus, and the positive impact they have in the community’s access to healthy food.
