FARM TO SCHOOL GATHERING
The USDA is hosting Patrick Leahy Farm to School Grantee Gathering in Atlanta, Georgia on September 13-15, 2023. The Farm to School Grantee Gathering is an annual event that brings together newly awarded Farm to School grantees from across the country, Food and Nutrition Service staff, and national farm to school stakeholders. This Gathering is designed to bring you and other new grantees together to provide the resources you need to get your grant off to a strong start. You will learn best practices, network with other grantees, and hear about resources available from important strategic partners in promoting farm to school.
Each awarded grant team is required to send one person to the 2023 Grantee Gathering in Atlanta, Georgia as a required activity in the 2023 Farm to School Grant Program request for applications.

Registration Process and Payment Methods
Payment is expected at the time of registration and conference registration will not be confirmed until the registration process has been completed and the payment has been received and processed. Event Source Professionals Inc. (ESP) cannot be responsible for your spam filters blocking your confirmation email. Please check for a confirmation email before committing to travel arrangements. If you do not receive your registration confirmation email within 24 hours, please reach out to [email protected].
Accommodations
Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements. Please refer to the Hotel & Travel Page for instructions on how to book a hotel room reservation at the Atlanta Marriott Buckhead Hotel. Hotel rooms are available at $163/night plus taxes and fees.
Personal Property
USDA/ESP accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property at the Farm to School Grantee Gathering.
Photography/ Video
By completing this registration, you understand that you may be photographed, taped or recorded during the Farm to School Grantee Gathering and that you grant USDA permission to use your image or voice in all forms and media as permitted by law. You waive the right to inspect or approve versions of your image or voice or the written copy that may be used in connection with either.

Substitution of registrants may be made by September 12 by via email to [email protected].
CANCELLATION
To completely cancel your registration, please contact [email protected] by August 31, 2023 by 11:59 PM EST. Registrations will be canceled and a refund issued, less a $25 processing fee.
Registrations canceled after August 31, 2023 will forfeit the full registration fee.
