All attendees are asked to sign the RELEASE FORM. Please download the Release Form HERE.

Parents may request private babysitting services during the day or evening - please sign up for this in your registration.

Babysitters require a 4-hour minimum. Parents will be responsible for payment should they book babysitting services and then cancel.

• Tips will be included for housekeeping, porterage and food & beverage. However, you are always encouraged to tip additional for great service.
• Children are considered birth to 11 years old.
• Lifeguards are on duty, but don't let your guard down!
• Pool towels are provided poolside.
• Bring your sunscreen!!
• There is no late check out on Sunday offered.
• We are not requiring Covid or flu testing. However, if you/your spouse/your child (children) are feeling under the weather, exhibiting any Covid or flu related symptoms, or running a fever - we ask that you please not attend & risk infecting other colleagues & their families.
• All kids will eat with their parents on Friday night. For Saturday's dinner, we will also have a kids' buffet in a separate room starting at 6:00 pm.
• Please let us know if you or your children have dietary restrictions.
• CornerStone will be providing snacks (Goldfish crackers, grapes, etc, like last year). If your child has a special menu or is limited on what they can eat, please bring your own food for them.
• Feel free to bring bottled water, adult beverages or sodas for your room with you. Reminder, no outside food or drink allowed outside of your room.
