Resort Credits may be used for products and services during your stay including stores within the resort, tours and excursions, spa treatments, golf tee times, etc. For every product, service or activity purchased with a Resort Credit, a 16% tax will be applied as a direct charge to your guest room bill (payable only via cash or credit card). Some activities may not be paid for using Resort Credit. If you select one tour and then add on a second activity, the second activity cannot be paid with resort credits and will be charged to your guest room bill.
Below is a sampling of recommended tours, spa and golf activities. The Tours desk at Palace Resorts can assist you with planning a variety of tours from the list below as well as other activities and how to use your resort credit to pay for them.

THE SPA AT GRAND MOON PALACE

MOON PALACE GOLF COURSE
The Moon Spa & Golf Club is home to the only Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course in Cancun 72 par. Its dynamic layout requires golfers to navigate through native vegetation as well as numerous wetlands and strategically placed bunkers. Each of the 3 nine hole courses offer a distinctive environment that challenges amateurs and professionals alike.
Green Fee 262 Resort Credits + $42 Service fee. Price includes food & beverages at the Club House. Shared cart and the snacks along the course. Practice range. Putting & Chipping greens. Lockers, Club storage & showers. Not included: shoes ($16), balls & club rentals ($53 & not available with resort credits).
If you choose to go off property, rounds of Golf can also be covered by the Resort Credits at Riviera Cancun Golf Course. Transportation is included.
Use up to $500 in credits
Valid towards rounds of golf at regular price, and lessons at the Moon Palace Golf Academy in Mexico but not towards club/shoe rental, or purchase of other products.
TULUM EXPRESS
Tulum Express, one of the many archaeological sites is available for only 99 resort credits. This tour includes transportation and a guided visit. No food or drinks are included. 16% tax of 99 resort credits is $15.84 USD per person. This tour can be combined with different activities, not available with resort credits.
Add-On activities are not available with Resort Credits (Ex. a Tulum Package like Tulum + Turtle Snorkeling each person will have to use 99 resort credits, cover $15.84 USD (16%) and $89 USD for the Snorkeling add on activity.
TULUM & TURTLE SNORKELING
All of the above under Tulum Express included Plus cost of snorkeling trip. 99 resort credits for Tulum, plus cover $15.84 USD (16%) PLUS $89 USD for the Snorkeling add on activity.
ATV & CENOTE
The Tulum Express listed above included PLUS the ATV trip as an added second activity.
99 Resort Credits plus $15.94 USD (16% tax) PLUS $109 USD as a room charge for the ATV activity.

Special dinner (Romantic, Wine Tasting, etc): Romantic dinners do not apply to parties of more than 2 people. Resort credit may not be used to purchase romantic dinners at other resorts. The special dinners vary according to the resort season (ask for details via email or upon arrival). Reservations are required, based on availability, and location may be changed due to inclement weather conditions.
ISLA MUJERES + VIP LOUNGE & SNORKEL
Isla Mujeres Tour at Isla Discovery Club. Relax in comfortable lounge chairs, taste delicious dishes and drinks, relax in the pool while listening to the waves or watch the fountains with our playful dophins. Isla Mujeres is an all-day tour starting at 9:30 AM and coming back about 5:00 PM.
Isla Mujeres: 119 Resort credits + 16% service fee per person
VIP Lounge & Snorkel: $35 pp USD
VIP Lounge only: $30 pp USD
