Registration deadline: Wednesday, April 24, 2024.

Once you complete your registration, we will book your hotel reservation for you. Please do not contact the hotel to book directly.

You are responsible for booking your own flights to/from Dallas/Ft Worth (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL) airports. The meeting begins promptly at 1 PM Tuesday. Please schedule your flights accordingly. DFW is 8.2 miles to the hotel and DAL is approximately 7.5 miles to the hotel.

Our meeting will begin on Tuesday, May 14 at 1 pm and close on Thursday, May 16 at 1 pm.

The meeting is scheduled to end on Thursday, May 16, at 1 PM, so please book your flights to leave no early than 3 PM local time.
