Once you complete your registration, we will book your hotel reservation for you. Please do not contact the hotel to book directly.

Flights will be booked for each attendee using the information from this registration. If you are booking your own flights, please take the times listed below into consideration and please email your full itinerary to [email protected] .

Our meeting will begin on Tuesday, April 5 at 3 pm and close on Thursday, April 7 at 12 pm.

Flights will be booked to arrive on Tuesday, April 5 on flights into Dallas by no later than 1 PM in order to arrive on time at the meeting.

The meeting will end by 12 PM on Thursday, April 7, so flights may be booked for 2 PM or later on.

Your hotel reservation will be booked for arrival on Tuesday, April 5 and departure on Thursday, April 7. If you have any issues booking your flights to arrive and depart at these times, please contact your manager for further instructions.

There are two airport options in Dallas -- DAL Love Field  is 8 miles and DFW is 16 miles from the hotel.
