We encourage you to download WhatsApp to your phone.

It is the best way to communicate with your guests and other colleagues.  And that will be the way we’ll contact you with changes to the agenda or emergency situations.

TRAVEL

Flights reservations have been made on American Airlines.  You can review your flight details by clicking on the Registration Details page.

It is important that you review the information listed on the Registration Details page and make any necessary modifications or additions (i.e. name as it appears on a government ID, passport number, expiration date, Known Traveler number, etc.) by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 20. You'll also need to visit AA.com and update your personal information that is on record for your flights.

U.S. citizens traveling internationally require a valid passport, with many countries demanding 6 months of remaining validity. Effective May 7, 2025, non-compliant IDs are invalid for airport security; REAL ID or a passport is required.

We encourage you to register your trip abroad with the U.S. State Department.  Their Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) sends important messages from the U.S. embassy or consulate.
