TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
All travel will be booked through World Travel.
Our program will begin on Thursday, April 3 at 6 pm and close on Saturday, April 5 at 11 am. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is the closest airport to our event location and is 20 miles from the hotel. You should plan for your flight to arrive into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) on Thursday, April 3 no later than 3 pm in order to arrive on time for the program. The formal program will end with dinner on Friday evening, April 4, so flights should be booked for anytime on Saturday, April 5 (please note that hotel check out time is 11:00 am). Please take these times into consideration when arranging your flights for you and your guest.
World Travel will be making all flight reservations on your behalf. To book your flights, please call World Travel, 1-888-572-1206 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM EST Monday - Friday. Our group number is G005276 and the meeting name is Winner's Circle. Please have government issued IDs ready for both yourself and your guest when calling to book flights. Please do not book your room directly with the hotel. Once you register on this site, we will book your room for you with the Towne Park room block.
Once you confirm your attendance as well as that of your guest by completing your registration, we will book your hotel reservation. We will send a final confirmation of all the weekend’s details a week prior to your departure.
