Ms. Low currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Therapeutic Devices Branch (TDB) of Medical Devices Cluster (MDC), HSA where she oversees the pre-market registration and the post-market controls for therapeutic devices in Singapore. She has been working in the area of medical device regulations for over 15 years.
During her time in HSA, Ms. Low also leads the teams working on special access route, dealer licensing and consultation team that supports companies in the development of innovative technologies.
Ms. Low also represents Singapore in the International Medical Device Regulators Forum (IMDRF) Good Regulatory Review Practices (GRRP) and Medical Device Clinical Evaluation workgroup. Her other regional portfolio includes participation in the Medical Device Product Working Group (MDPWG), and current ASEAN Medical Device Committee (AMDC) in continuing the work to support the ASEAN Medical Device Directive (AMDD) implementation.
