Raina Dauria is Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs Policy and Talent, MedTech, at Johnson and Johnson. Raina provides dedicated focus on regulatory policy to ensure Johnson & Johnson MedTech maintains a leadership position in shaping new and changing regulations globally. In addition to her policy responsibilities, Raina is responsible for the Regulatory Affairs Talent Management team where she is able to exercise her passion in the talent development space.
Raina has almost 30 years of regulatory expertise including 21 years at Johnson & Johnson. Raina has extensive experience guiding strategic regulatory discussions with health authorities, particularly in the area of Biologics and Aesthetics.
Raina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Fairfield University, and a Master of Science degree in Drug Regulatory Affairs and Health Policy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) and previously served as a guest lecturer at several universities and professional meetings. She currently lives in Tampa, FL.
