 welfare oversight concepts\, enables them to correct misunderstandings of 
 federal standards\, and learn methods for more efficient and effective ani
 mal program and IACUC functioning. Participants will be coached and mentor
 ed by experienced facilitators who are also IACUC subject matter experts f
 rom the federal\, academic\, and private sectors. \n\nThe number of attend
 ees is limited to 36. Space will be filled on a first come-first serve bas
