 orkshop provides participants with an understanding of animal welfare over
 sight concepts\, enables them to correct misunderstandings of federal stan
 dards\, and learn methods for more efficient and effective animal program 
 and IACUC functioning. Participants will be coached and mentored by experi
 enced facilitators who are also IACUC subject matter experts from the fede
 ral\, academic\, and private sectors. \n\nThe number of attendees is limit
 ed to 36. Space will be filled on a first come-first serve basis. If the p
 rogram is already sold out\, the option to add your name to the waitlist w
