VT FEED helps grow robust farm to school programs, acting as a catalyst for rebuilding healthy food systems, and cultivating links between classrooms, cafeterias, communities, and local farms. Betsy coordinates the Northeast Farm to School Collaborative. She received her M.S. in Community Economic Development from the University of Southern New Hampshire.
