Tristana Pirkl has been the Executive Director of the School Garden Support Organization Network (SGSO Network) since 2021. Previous to this role, she served as the Edible Education Programs Leader at Whole Kids, a project of Whole Foods Market Foundation, for 9 years, leading their grant programs, resource development and partner support related to youth edible garden-based education. She has a BA in Human Biology with a concentration in Women & Children’s Global Public Health from Stanford University. She loves to garden, cook, travel and explore the beauty around her home in Hood River, Oregon, with her family.
