Caitlin is a Registered Dietitian and earned her Master’s in Public Health with an emphasis in nutrition from Kansas State University. She is the Nutritionist and SNAP-Ed Coordinator for the FNS Mountain Plains Regional Office. Caitlin has a diverse work history in dietetics including working in schools, hospitals, rehab centers and Federally Qualified Health Centers. Through both personal and professional experiences, she has learned that her true passion lies in service to public health nutrition.
