Celina is the Coordinator for FoodCorps’ Training and Content team. She has 15+ years working alongside youth, families, and educators in project-based learning classrooms, after school and summer programs, farm education, and in special education spaces to design, facilitate, and coach educators in creating inclusive, justice-oriented, and culturally affirming learning experiences. Her guiding philosophy is that children and communities are her greatest teachers. When she’s not snuggling her baby, she loves being in her garden, spending time with loved ones, and cooking a new recipe.
